Ensembles for Contemporary Music in Hamburg

Which ensembles for contemporary music are there in Hamburg?

The German Music Information Centre (miz) lists special ensembles for contemporary music in Hamburg, if at least half their members are professional musicians and if they are currently present in public musical life. Ensembles for contemporary music (also: new music) are usually sustained independently and dedicate themselves - with different focuses - almost exclusively to the music of the 20th and 21st centuries: from classical modernism to avant-garde music and experimental forms, e.g. in connection with theatre, dance, fine arts, film and other arts.
