Political Parties at State Level

Does music also play a role in the work of parties at state level?

Parties play a central role in public life. They penetrate all areas of the political system, and their organisations also operate in the network of associations, media and social movements.
The German Music Information Centre (miz) lists the parties represented in parliaments with parliamentary group status and parties of national minorities with their specialist committees relevant to musical life. These are in particular committees in the areas of education and cultural policy, but also on the topics of media and science. In addition, the cultural policy speakers are named.
