The Lucerne Festival Academy is offering a two-week-long Conducting Fellowship which invites four talented young conductors to become a part of the whole Lucerne Festival Academy experience. The selected conductors will join the masterclass in conducting by our composer-in-residence Thomas Adès (played by Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra) and the Composer Seminar by Wolfgang Rihm and Dieter Ammann (played by IEMA-Ensemble). As part of the Composer Seminar the selected conductors will rehearse and premiere the new pieces of the young composers, under the coaching of Jonathan Stockhammer.
